What’s up everyone? Welcome to Campus Eats. We’re here in Ogden, Utah, and we’ve done two college tour episodes here. Ogden-Weber Technical College. We’ve also done Weber State. And everyone, all the students say there’s one place to come check out, and it is called Prairie Schooner. They’re known for their steaks, but more importantly, take a look at this place.
Every single table is its own schooner, which is like really like a old carriage wagon from back in the day. Neil Rasmussen created this back in 1978. His whole idea was to kind of like bring the West to life. So when you walk through here, every single table is its own wagon. They have lights up, up above in the ceiling, and just, it’s almost like you’re in a museum, ’cause all these just different artifacts from the West.

So good, so flavorful, amazing marbling. And I don’t know what they put on seasoning for their Cajun, but it’s fantastic. Check it out when you come to Ogden, Utah. Cheers, everyone.
