Hey guys, welcome to Dorm Tours. My name is Jacob. I’m a senior here at the University at Albany, and welcome to Empire Commons. So what’s cool about Empire Commons is each apartment is a four bedroom, two bathroom, so you’ll have your own bedroom, no roommates. This is my kitchen. We got full-size refrigerator, stainless steel, dishwasher, microwave, stove.
You even have your garbage disposal. My personal recommendation though, you gotta get an air fryer. It’s amazing what you can cook in that. Over here is my living room. Another neat thing about Empire is you have your own air conditioning and heat in-unit, which you can control yourself.
We got two super huge pantries to put all your stuff in.
And right over here is my bedroom. Full size bed, desk, closet. Can’t beat it. And then right over in here we have a vanity and bathroom area. You have two sinks, per side of the apartment, and a bathroom So guys, that’s my place. Some other really cool things about Empire is there’s parking right out front of your building.
You don’t even have to walk to the parking lot. Study rooms, fitness center, and so much more. You gotta come check it out. Hopefully we’ll see you here next year. Thanks so much.
