Osprey Crossings (with Ann Bordin)

Dorm Tour #1 from University of North Florida

Typically, it’s for two people. I just turned this space into a couch. I wonder if you can tell what my two favorite colors are? They’re pink and green…

Hey, everyone, I’m Ann, I’m a sophomore at the University of North Florida, and I’m going to show you my dorm room at Crossings. Let’s go.

Here she is, the wonderful Q114! All right. So immediately when you walk in, we have a great, two closet spaces. Got my cowgirl boots. I became a huge country fan as soon as I came to Jacksonville. Never would have thought that would happen.

Wonderful closets… ignore my clothes. We walk in, I actually have a single dorm because I’m the Honors LCA, so I get that wonderful perk. But typically it’s for two people. I just turned this space into a couch. I wonder if you can tell what my two favorite colors are? They’re pink and green!

A wonderful thing about this is the university provides all of your, like, drawers and everything so you don’t have to bring it. You have all this space for all your clothes, all your necessities.

We have my beautiful, everything else in this little area, nook, is like our kitchenette. So I have all my food… not a lot of it at the moment. My beautiful retro fridge. Thank you, mother, it was my Christmas gift.

My washer-dryer. There is a laundry space for it, I just brought one of my own.
And my very, very empty fridge that only has yogurt and coffee in it, my two necessities! My Keurig for my coffee.

And another thing about Crossings that is wonderful, for the two-people en-suite, is that you get to share, you only have to share with one other person. Which is, we got our own en-suite bathroom. Coated green, actually, one of my favorite colors. Yes.

Another thing about Crossings that is wonderful is that when you walk in, you walk into an atrium space. So it’s kind of like a hotel. When you walk in, you check in, you have your atrium. It’s a great place for studying, communal activities, hanging out with friends. As the Honors LCA, I do a lot of, like, programing activities in there, so it’s wonderful, I love it.

But yeah, that is my dorm. Thank you all for enjoying!
