St. Mary’s University, founded in 1852, is the first institution of higher learning in San Antonio and the oldest Catholic university in the Southwest. Offering 75 programs, including doctoral and law programs, St. Mary’s is known for quality academics and excellent faculty. Our ten, individually accredited colleges and 31 satellite locations offer over 600 degree and certificate programs and serve approximately 100,000 students each year.
