– Thanks, Alex. Hi, everyone. Education for me has always been one of my top priorities because growing up in a family business has made me want to learn more about growing my own business. Witnessing the relentless efforts by my entire family to nurture and grow their business over the years has had a profound influence on me. Their achievements have been an inspiration to me. After graduating from high school I was eager to pursue college but I wasn’t sure where to start. Opting for a community college, I applied to CCD after discovering their business and marketing program I was quickly accepted allowing me to register for classes and begin in the upcoming fall semester. Attending this college has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve met like-minded individuals and chose classes that suit my learning style. I also landed a work study job conveniently allowing me to study and work on campus. The opportunities provided by this college have been invaluable. I am grateful for the support and experiences that have shaped my educational journey this far. CCDs Tri-institutional campus is a significant advantage. Sharing resources with two universities offers access to a vast research library, student housing, and a student union for making connections and sharing meals with peers. It greatly enhances the college experience. CCD truly offers a wealth of opportunities. Upon completing my associate’s degree, I plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing at one of the other institutions on Auraria campus. CCD has provided me with invaluable knowledge and growth opportunities that will benefit both my academic pursuits and real life endeavors. That’s all for me. Back to you, Alex.
