ABOUT
Since its founding, the school had an environmental sustainability emphasis (nicknamed "Eco U" in 1971 by Newsweek[7]), and offers associate, bachelor's, master's degree programs, as well as a doctoral program, First Nations Ed.D. The university's mascot is the Phoenix.
